It is recommended to complete the survey online using a computer, laptop, or other mobile device at http://www.ccsd.net/survey​​​​​​​. Any parent/guardian with children at bat365 is eligible to take the survey.

Students can access the 2022–2023 Districtwide Student Survey at http://www.ccsd.net/survey. Please note that the survey is to be completed by students in Grades 4 through 12. To access the Student Survey, students must type in their student ID number and birthdate to complete the survey.

Staff can access the 2022–2023 Districtwide School Staff Survey at http://www.ccsd.net/survey. If a staff member is working in a remote location that is not part of CCSD’s network, they will be prompted to enter a password. The password is “ccsdremotestaff2022” to access the survey remotely.

Surveys are open from Tuesday, November 1, 2022, and will be available until 5:00 p.m., Friday, December 16, 2022.
